MISSION STATEMENT

Dr. Knapp’s career spans several key assignments, beginning as Owner of Summit Property Management Systems, a residential property management company. He then opened Anthem Properties, a second property management company, and Allied Broadway Properties, a residential and commercial real estate development firm. He also operates Atlas Publishing, a professional publishing house, and Freshwater Faith Foundry, a private label coffee roasting company. Since April of 2022, he has served as a member of the United States Navy. 
 

Dr. Knapp holds a Doctorate of Ministry from Northwestern Theological Seminary (2023), a Master and Bachelor of Theology from Northwestern (2022-2023), a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University (2023), and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University (2024). He is on track to complete a Physical Doctorate in Leadership Studies at California Baptist University in 2027. His professional certifications include Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) from the National Housing Management Association, a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute, and a former Real Estate Salesperson. 
 

With extensive experience in real estate acquisition, management, rehabilitation, and disposal, Dr. Knapp’s passion for leadership, mentorship, and stewardship has earned the trust of his clients and community, proving to be a valuable asset that transcends transactions. 

Mr. Thompson’s career spans several key assignments, beginning as a Contract Specialist at Marine Corps Installations-West, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California, from June 2021 to May 2022. He then served as an Aviation Program Manager at the Raspet Flight Research Laboratory, Mississippi State University, from June 2022 to March 2023, followed by his role as Supervisory Contracting Specialist at Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic, Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia, from March 2023 to June 2024. Since June 2024, he has led NAF procurement efforts at the Defense Logistics Agency.
 

Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (2021) and a Graduate Certificate in Public Procurement (2023) from Mississippi State University. He also has a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Wesleyan University (2024). He is on track to complete a Doctor of Public Administration at California Baptist University in 2027. His professional certifications include Certified Contract Management Associate from the National Contract Management Association and Instrument-Rated Private Pilot and Remote Pilot credentials from the Federal Aviation Administration.
 

With extensive experience in procurement, aviation, and public administration, Mr. Thompson’s leadership continues to play a pivotal role in supporting the Department of Defense’s mission and enhancing its personnel's and their families' well-being.
